HISTORY OF THE COMPANY MOLTENI & C

Angelo Molteni, 1934. starts his own company in Giussan. His workshop soon became synonymous with high-quality furniture. In the 1950s, the company had more than 60 employees, and it went beyond the framework of a craftsman’s workshop and established itself as a successful factory, which has survived to this day and has become internationally known. The factory is still under the auspices of generations of the Molteni family, whose dedication and vision enabled the development of an expanded group, including in its portfolio the exclusive Dada kitchen brand and Unifor office furniture.

The Molteni&C group is present today with over 600 sales points worldwide, confirming the strength of Italian tradition, contemporary design and timeless quality of furniture.

HIGHLIGHT: “Heritage Collection”

Combining the past and the present, Molteni&C pays special attention to the wider cultural context and the preservation of the classics of Italian design. To mark the 80th anniversary of the company’s existence, Molteni&C presents the “Heritage Collection”, reviving the classic pieces of furniture signed by Gio Pontio, a renowned architect and furniture designer from the mid-20th century. Exclusively designed armchairs, tables and details from limited series become part of the Molteni&C offer.
